Honda Accord 76k

請問各位大牛 幾天前去敵樂檢查車。被告知 oil leak on timing chain side of the engine. 另外還有right front upper ball joint/control arm getting loose. Need replaced 請問這兩個問題嚴重嗎？用馬上修嗎？。修車費用貴嗎？。謝謝
