很煩惱，請大家幫幫忙

第一次車被人撞了, 不知道該怎麽處理， 警察的accident report說：

Vehicle 1 driver was backing out of parking spot and struck vehicle 2 (unoccupied) which was parked in what vehicle 2 driver believed was a parking spot. Vehicle 2 was parked in a location with a curb stop, but was not an actual parking space (unclear pavement markings). No injuries sustained.

兩個車都有摩擦，請問這個情況是哪個車的錯，Accident report 上也沒有明說。我是vehicle 2. 是不是因為我也有錯，就隻能自己花錢修自己的車。
