Cranks but No Start problem with no "Check Engine" light on key.

Hi All,

I have a 2000 Camry V6 with engine light on, OBD II code are p0135, p0141.
Today after I changed B1S2 O2 sensor, I tried to start the car to warm up for B1S1 O2 sensor changing (easy turn off). BUT the car only crank and wont start, and the engine light IS gone when key is ON.
Tried use OBD II, it has a problem says " connect error".
Battery is 12.46V. 
Gas is full.

Please help!
