I charged the battery and put it back into the truck and started it. I measured the voltage on the battery between the positive and negative poles. Found the voltage before starting the car was 12.72 V and 12.45 V after the truck started, no charging! Looks like the alternator is dead, right?

Can you provide me a quote for how much will be to replace the alternator?
The VIN number for my truck is:5N1AN08W47C517644
The second question is since I have fully charged my battery, how long possible is the truck can be drove without alternator charging? I probably need 30 minutes to drive to your shop.
