engine oil太多會引起啥問題？

老車Camry 1996，每周還開個幾十到百把邁的樣子。路上突然死火，Engine Oil Low Pressure燈和Battery Charge燈亮，timing belt蓋子有響聲，估計timing belt斷了。好在是non-interference  engine，所以不太擔心pistons 和valvles。

檢查油位發現冷車油位高於標尺Full的位置約半寸到3/4寸，這個會有啥問題嗎？要不要放掉點？謝！
