pickup truck or small suv?

家裏的honda crv快退休了， 下一倆車想買個pickup truck or small suv. the budget is about 40K or less.

現在的想法是BMWX3， or audi x5(?), or honda/t0yato pickup truck?

it's for every day commute to work, and surfing board/kayak/hiking gears for weekends. prefer 4-wheel driven.

not a handy person, so prefer little maintanence，and prefer new car. gas consumption is not a concern.

我住在南方， 冬天最低溫度大概10度C。
