BMW 528 CPO deal

I an looking for a CPO BMW, initially 328 but friends told me it's a compact car might be tigh on back seats with wo kids.

So I checked local dealer which has a 2013 528 Xi , 44k miles, CPO, asking 32000. Edmunds has a clean price from dealer at 29000, then CPO price 31000. I think they can sell me at 30800 around. Is it a good deal? Would it be better to buy a newer(1 year CPO) 528? 

a few questions:

Is 528 too weak? I personally not very critical on acceleration but more looking for a fun car to drive and use for family. 

This car has already had a couple of warranty issues in the first 3 years: 

1. CBS/SIA indicator incorrect due to oil service(DME/DDE instrument cluster) 37000 mile

2. E84 E89 F2x F3X N20, N26 White smoke after cold start(oil leak)  at 42000 miles---- is this a recall?

3. B11 11 15 replace the thernostat. 

are these normal? will CPO extended warranty cover these? CPO ext warranty kicks in after 4 year or 50k till 6 year 100k, but saw it exculded a lot stuff, i.e. not a bump to bumper after 2014 warranty policy change.
