Misfire Problem seems to be fixed after changeing plug wireset

Engine still has P1399 random misfire issue after changing all 4 spark plugs although the old plugs seem to be not bad. Opened the distributor cap but did not see obvious issue with the cap or the rotor, nor any moisture or oil inside. So put the cap back and changed the plug wireset. Test run on highway and so far it does not show any misfire issue, engine starts fine, no shake when accelerating, and idling speed is stable @ 800 rpm when engine is warm. Air filter was changed one year ago and is still quite clean. Did not check fuel injectors.
