最近方向盤老是把鑰匙鎖住，怎麽回事？

請問高手，我這幾天老是不能發動車，因為方向盤把鑰匙鎖住了，鑰匙不能轉動。我是手動車，99年toyota rav4. 以前把方向盤搬一般也就可以了，但最近幾次搬不動，老是要請男士幫忙。前天修車廠的人告訴我停車後要掛檔。我試了，好像管用。但這兩次我是在熄火前不不鬆擋（就讓當留在一檔，在熄火），又不行了。記得車廠的人教我的是鬆擋，拉起手刹，熄火，再掛檔。一定要這樣嗎？
