換完機油後,發現低速噪音大，加速困難問題

請教壇裏的高手. 愛駕 2002 Honda Accord, 不到12萬邁. 一直按Onwer’s manure在dealer那按時保養, 如change time belt, change brake, change tires, 換機油......

每天上下班單程50多邁, 一半high way, 一半local,全靠它. 以前每次保養換完機油後, 車況更好. 但最近兩次換機油，都發現低速噪音大，加速困難.

上次換機油,發現低速噪音大，加速困難問題, 但開始問題不太嚴重. 一月後，車抖動更厲害, 加速很困難。於是change spark plugs 和密封圈, 清洗進氣閥, change air filters. 問題沒了. 愛駕如初.

很快又到換機油的時間, 但換完機油後, 同樣的問題又發生了 -低速噪音，加速困難. 這次該如何解決這個問題呢. change spark plugs 和密封圈, 清洗進氣閥, change air filters可是在３月前做的.

請教壇裏的高手, 你們遇到過這種情況嗎? 有何建儀? 謝了先!
