1. 2003 Toyota 4Runner limited，first owner and followed every maintenance plan。my wife said that I have spent over $20,000 on this car after purchasing it.
2. Yes， but he said 20% only count when I bring in the car with dealer's estimate on hand, not
afterwards.
I am not interested in this 20% discount, he overcharged and he did not fix my problem - brake noise.
