Lease 最大的 Financial risk 是車在Lease 結束時的 Resale Value.

Lease 的月供Amount是根據車在將來Lease結束時的Resale Value來計算的。如果車三年後的Resale Value超過了預期,Lease的車主就虧了.如果車三年後的Resale Value低於預期,Lease的車主就賺了。
