引擎啟動發生延時，可能是什麽問題？

昨天去大城市麵試，順便找了車鋪換機油附加檢查一下有無漏油。（我以前發帖說過小
車剛啟動時能從前蓋聞到比較明顯的機油味道。）
完成後被告之引擎本身不漏油，僅僅是油盤有極輕微漏油，不足為慮。
我說去年1月份我買車檢查時，被告知油盤有較嚴重漏油，我花了200多刀換了新的，這
麽快又漏了？
車行的人無語。

此後我發現引擎啟動有明顯的延時，要等好幾秒鍾才能打著火。
可能是什麽問題？
這問題近來偶爾發生，但這次換油後變得很頻繁了。
應該不是電池的問題，今年初剛換的新電池。
小車是06年FORD FIVE HUNDRED
