雨刷變慢

10年老車。雨刷開一會就慢下來。關掉一會再開，能回到正常速度，然後又慢。先猜是電池不行，可是行車時應該在充電，即使電池不行也應該有足夠電吧？沒有其他設備顯示電不足。謝謝
