想買一輛水浸過的車， 請教大家有什麽要注意的

2012 nissan Rague, $15000。
估計是11-12年泰國海嘯受災的車， 冷卻風扇有一半生鏽的痕跡，水應該是到這個位置。 今天試開了一下。感覺不錯。沒有什麽雜音。想請大家給參謀一下。
