發動機不給力，不是大問題吧？

最近發現我的車發動機不給力，啟動不如以前順利，另外換檔時如果油門踩得不夠就會聽見發動機聲音打“結巴”，像要熄火的感覺。這是老了的通病吧？我是99年的toyota rave4。mileage 很低，因為開得少。車還算保養的好了，基本都按時加油。
哪位專家給點建議？thanks!
