The good thing with synthetic oil:
1. Better start lubrication, especially helpful in winter.
2. Less degradation compared to conventional oil, you can extend your oil change interval to 8-10,000miles. For most people it means one oil change per year.
3. You will experience less engine sludge since it is more resistant to heat.
