請問我這種情況是否需要做transmission flush

Rx350, 07年，69k英裏，以前沒有做過transmission flush,現在車子行駛正常，換擋
平和，請問我這種情況是否需要做一下，主要擔心是在做的過程中有小渣渣衝進變速箱
，反而好心辦成壞事。另外，如果建議做的話，是去dealer那裏做還是一般修車鋪那裏
