If you really like the car,   I have a suggestion to you.     Before handing over the payment check,  ask the Sales to have the car washed so you can have the opportunity to see if there is any water leak.

I just purchased a nes 2014 X3 one month ago.  Found out serious water leak in the trunk.     it is like raining inside if there is heavy rain outside. 
If it drizzles,  it still leaks.

Speaking of pricing,   as there are multiple options of X3,  my purchase price might not be helpful to you.    truecar.com,   edmunds.com have the pricing information when you input your specific options and zip codes.
