空調電路(?)問題

人：菜鳥一個，剛學修車。

車： 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, 150K miles

問題： 車大約3年前沒了空調。一直沒太在意，夏天也就頂過來了。  現在在DIY, 想整明白。開始以為是沒了refrigerant.   在youtube 上學的方法， 加了。 還是不冷。  一看，Compressor 的Clutch一直沒有Engage.   拔下relay， 用別針連了85,85 pin, compressor 開始工作， 氣也開始冷了。  難道是繼電器? 拔一個好的，（大燈的，一樣的）插上，還是不靈。 繼電器用在大燈上，works fine. 肯定不是繼電器。  拿了個multimeter, 發現 3 – 87 pin 的電壓一直是
9.5， 即使是關了空調，還是9.5. 打開空調，是9.5.    沒變化。 
暖氣工作正常。

請問： 各位師傅，電壓不變是正常嗎？  下一步應該怎麽辦？
