這輛車以前是警車嗎？

這輛 06 Ford Expedition 的曆史記錄中列出了 (1)Police use; (2) municipal use; (3) state government. 車主說不是 police patrol car, 隻是政府其他部門，用來抓動物的。他是在 auction 買的，買來後車後麵有個籠子。我擔心的是買到 patrol car，那種全天不歇氣的三班倒的對引擎應該不好。可是，怎麽知道這輛車以前究竟是不是巡邏警車呢 ？
