啟動困難的時間， 如天氣冷/熱，冷車或熱車等

啟動困難的狀態描述： no crank, crank but not start and feel no pwoer, crank time longer or several times then start or no start,  大致頻率，那種情況多，發生時的氣溫，冷/熱車狀態。
