If it's her fault, which I believe, you can pay deductible first and let you insurance go after her insurance and get the deductible back later.  Or deal her insurance by yourself and you don't have to pay deductible up front.  I prefer the first option since this is why we have comprehensive coverage though you can still ask your insurance to deal them for you if you only have liability coverage.
