Vented disk rotors get rusted gradually over years.  Up to certain point the air vent channels might be partially blocked and causing some noises at certain speed.  Besides you already noticed at least one rotor being rough. So I suggest you replace both front rotors first to see whether any further repairs are still needed.  Happy Holidays to every one here.....
