i just did 90,000 service and i was told my car was in good shap

do you think that means i should just accept the fact that my car is old, not to try to make it younger? i have very low resistance to noisy. drving makes me tired because of the loudy engine sound. may be i should just take it to garage ask them if there is anything they can do.
