it is too early to tell the longevity of your cars cvt.  A more likely chance is that cvt breaks down 10 yrs later.  your car may be worth 5k dollars.  but you find out that you need to pay 5k dollars to fix the cvt.  in this case, cvt makes your car a chicken rib.  many altima owners already have cvt problems and it is less than 10 yrs.
