While the door was down, I checked all and each roller and found one being so tight that I couldn't roll by hands. Checked the track which was at the out most position, no play to move the track a little outward. I took the roller down (held by 4 bolts), and found the bracket was apparently taller than others (dunno why). Hammered it down so to make it lower, than put it back on. violla, up and down smoothly, even quieter, no stop/reverse. tried 10 plus times, no issues.
Why it gets worse now? Not sure but I think it might relate to warmer weather. when temp is higher, the metal bracket will expand, pressing the roller against the track a little more, which makes the resistance greater. To the eyes of opener, it appears the door touching an object. As a safty feature, it reverses.
Thank you all for your help and thoughts. Enjoy your weekend!!
Update: I think I fixed my problem... yah....
