Volvo XC60 deal?

有最近看 volvo xc60 deal 的嗎？下麵這個合適嗎？
XC60 premier, tailgate package, child booster, $36,000 before tax and other fee.

另外請教一下，新車的稅是減掉trade-in車的價值後計算的，還是直接按新車賣的價格算稅？
