2001 Sienna power steering linkage start leak

2001 Toyota Sienna, 84000 miles, dealer found Power steering linkage starts leaking, but I did't see anything. Suggest repair on next service. Around $2000.00. Do I have to fix it? How much do repair shops charge on average?  Any comment is apprecated.
