dealer建議（Recommendations)三個地方，大家看看有必要在dealer修嗎？

我是馬裏蘭州的。昨天去給我的2008年toyouta Sieena LE 換機油。dealer 建議修三個地方 ：1,Air Filter/$49;
2,cabin filter $69; 3，power steering flush $145。


我的問題是這三個地方有必要修嗎？第二是自己能不能修？第三，誰知道要是車行修的話，馬州蒙郡的華人車行哪家比較合適。
