I agree with what coorslight969 said completely! Your van is kind old, there is no need to purchase expensive tires for it. The cheaper, the better.
Costco's tire price is fair. However, its policy towards the purchased tire's treadwear warranty is tricky! I have never been able to convince Costco I am eligible for a discount for new tires long before my tires'warranty expires.
