開膛破肚看機濾

 

 

那天把LP的機油連機濾一塊換了，舊機濾還沒扔,想想把它鋸開讓大家看看裏麵也好,於是來了給它來了個手術，以前俺也對一個殘忍過一次，不過上次沒給它拍P 身首分離

從進油孔看,邊上的六個小孔是進油孔,中間那個大的是過濾了以後的油出口，幹淨的油從這裏流回發動機

裏麵的芯讓俺給刨了一小塊

濾芯的材料

芯上的切口,可以看到濾紙的密實程度，約密油濾得越幹淨，可是效率就越低,那倆小孔讓過濾後的油流進中間的大孔.

那桔紅的橡皮是反流圈

是個單向閥隻能按箭頭方向折,油隻能進不能出

濾芯的末端有一個壓力釋放閥，如果萬一濾芯讓髒東西堵住了的話，油壓增大到設定值時閥門被頂開,油不經濾芯直接流進中心的大孔進入發動機
