The Deal for RX 350, 4X2 with Premium Package, plus

Happy Thanksgiving to all. I got a quote from the local dealer for 2013 RX350, 4X2, Premium Package, Display Package, 19" Wheels and etc., please help me to see if it is good enough to take it.

MSRP: $46,065.00, they offer me $41,298 plus TT. Is there still any room to go down? 

And I'm also considering MB ML350, Bluetech 2013, what is the deal I can get possibally if you have any buying experience.

These are the SUVs in my mind:

Nissan Pathfinder 2013, Redesigned, SL model, 7 seats

Lexus, RX 350, 2013

MB, ML350, BlueTech, 2013

Any opinions and comments would be appreciated.
