請問 這是冷氣機是在工作嗎

請問這時冷氣機是否在工作?   HONDA  ACCORD， 2012 年車， 不開空調，但將冷熱旋鈕轉到最冷處 （藍色）另外，將通風開關旋轉到隻吹風擋玻璃，這時，出來的是冷氣，即使是大熱天，出來的是冷氣。怎麽回事？請教高手，這時 空調是否在工作？我問好多人，都答不上， 諸位可以試試，
