關於Lease車的價格

考慮Lease新車,請問如果廠家有特別的Lease Deal,廣告中已經列明了如Lease Signing Due, Lease term 和 Monthly payment,這樣就不能也無需講價了,因為首付和月付是固定的,我的理解對嗎?
