I just followed the repair manual by Haynes.

It's quite clear, including the torque value for the bolts, or pushing the cylinder out all the way against pads, and very low speed tests, etc. 

I also did bleeding by myself, no problem; the key is to seal the plastic tubing to the exit nozzle well. Not recommended for other guys though, I had been dealing with ultra high vacuum systems for 10 years at that time.

Since many of us were good students, so use your strength, read the manual.
