You don't need to pay anything, any Toyota dealer will take your car, you will tell them you have the Toyota extended warranty, and they will look into their system to confirm. And you can also show them the Toyota warranty card you will receive. If the car problem needs more than 1 day to fix, you will get a car rental allowance (I think it is $40- 50 per day, can not remember exactly) till the car is fixed.
