Help. How to remove Sienna 2008 Spare Tire?

I got a flat tire. Found the spare tire attached to the bottom of the van. How to remove it?

When I am searching answers, I found there was a recall for this van before. I am in Texas. I did not receive any info on the recall. I bought the used van 2 years ago from a local Toyota dealer.

Thanks very much. Van is jacked up and waiting on your help to remove the spare tire.
