Is the route the same every time?

You need get some local friends to help you. I knew what DMV (Department of Public Safety at that time) looked for along the route when I was in College Station, TX. That's how I got many friends pass the first test, yet I always warned them (after they passed) to practice more locally before they went for long distance.

From what you said in the post, obviously you don't have a good teacher. Maybe you should go to driver school if you don't have friends who are good drivers.
