The most concern for full size SUV is roll over, because it can beat most other types of vehicles in head on or side crash.
A few years ago the driver of Suburban is dead becasue roll over.

Sequoia is 1.20
Passat B6 is 1.37
1.20 is the board line for roll over resistance. (don't know how toyota make sequoia exactly 1.20)
Taho is about $5000 cheaper with different option, and better gas mileage. But size is small, too.
To me, safety is No.1
