5年新車，昨天發現右前車胎氣癟

5年新車，昨天發現右前車胎氣癟，一查是胎上紮了個釘子，因為要接太太，沒顧得上換備胎，補足氣後就上路了，一路無事。看來是慢撒氣。請問哪裏可以補胎？惡劣氣候下補胎效果如何，請過來人指點。
