請教裝雪胎問題

冬天快來了，我準備裝雪胎。 我有2個問題請教。 1。 如果我買一套USED雪胎。請問，我需要去做BLANCE嗎? 2。 另外，我現在用的四季胎有sensor，如果我買新的雪胎不裝sensor， 可以嗎？謝謝。
