Mercedes E350 vs Benz ML350

Planed to buy a new E350 bluetech.  Talked with a dealer and found out new ML 350 bluetech is 1000 more than E350.  Either ML350 is too cheap or E350 too expensive.  Now, I am hesitating.  It seems like ML350 SUV is better, bigger and heavier.  Suggestions?
