I guess your lovely Honda is an Accord or Civic.If this is the case, I don't think you need to replace the water pump, timimg belt tensioner, crankshaft seal and camshaft seal at the first timing belt change. These parts should outlive the timing belt much longer for your sedan.You should have no worries for them before the next timing belt change.
At second timing belt change, it is better to also replace the water pump, and probably the seals. The tensioner may be still good then.
If you want to DIY, just get a shop manual and follow the steps. It should not be that hard if only replacing the timing belt and drive belts.
