Coolant mixed with engine oil!

去做oil change, 說是車出了這個毛病，coolant tank裏有engine oil，要花1500大洋
修好！

我的問題是：
1。這車是02年的馬裏布，還值得修嘛？
2。聽上去有這個毛病的車應該engine過熱才對，可是表盤上的溫度一直都在正常範圍內
3。車開一會有時會有“滴，滴”的報警聲，可是報警燈都沒亮
4。這個會影響emission test嗎？
5。聽說有時會有買新車，舊車不管什麽情況都可trade-in3千塊。最近有這種deal嗎？
