請問：從Enterprise或Hertz買車和一般dealer有什麽區別？

我看到enterprise  和 hertz 都有買車，價錢也公道，而且說是certified. 如果從他們那裏買和從一般的dealer買有什麽區別嗎？有什麽風險？
