有人知道嗎為啥北加州灣區7月份注冊的汽車都沒有收到"renewal notice"?

我的車是7月4號renewal，今年還要做煙檢,著急！

有人晚交了幾天，罰款$60刀！到那時“DMV“就不講理了！
