看釘子在哪裏。it's the same as regular radail tires where can be fixed where can't. one of my runflat tires was patched once， no problem up to now。

Additionally if you don't want to spend too much money on tires, you don't have to use runflat on BMW although runflat is oe. if you use radail tires make sure use good one like michelin with high speed rating, like V or so.
