怎麽砍價？

今天順便到一家Honda車行看看，裏麵有一Honda Insight， hybrid， 新車，車玻璃上列著價格是

MSRP （22000）+ Destination （750）= 22750. 我問sales，他說加上稅和plate fee就是出門價。 要怎麽砍價呢？怎麽知道價格是否合理？

Honda Insight 車怎樣？買hybrid的車最終能省錢嗎？技術成熟嗎，要經常修嗎？
