請問為何車打不起火,具體表現是

1. 當鑰匙轉到 ON 位置時, dash board 上的燈是全亮的.當鑰匙繼續轉到 START 位置時, 燈光既無熄滅也無明顯變化, 而且毫無聲音發出.

2. 腳刹車板和方向盤都被卡住不能動.

3. 請問這應是 starter 還是 ignition switch 的問題?
